Hello, this was my first ordering with allegro, however unfortunately I failed to find correct pick-up locker at once.
I used QR code to open the locker at the wrong place but ended up with not finding where is it. Still on my allegro mobile application, it shows that I already took this order even though I couldn't.
After that, I found exact address for picking up but I can't still take it because now my code is invalid and purchase status changed. What should I do in this case? Thank you.
