I have returned the item due to it's bad description. The item was damages in multiple places and these damages where not shown in the pictures of the item on sale. I have spoken with the seller where he tried to make bad excuses. Item was returned and now the seller is stating that the item was damages due to bad packaging and that he will not return the funds. Please help in solving the issue.

I did open a discussion with the seller. He still refuses to refund the money. In the discussion it is mentioned that if the issue is not resolved till today 17:00 someone from Allegro team will goin the conversation.
