incorrect GTIN (EAN) codes suspension shop!

Due to incorrect GTIN (EAN) codes allegro have suspension my shop! who knows how to reactive the shop? thank you so much for help!

Correct all your EANs and then write to Allegro that you have just did it.

but my account was locked, so it won't let me relist after update new EAN.  how can i do now?

@Famgam you received an e-mail form our team about this, firstly you have to update the EAN codes and then contact us again to unlock the account.
