Price list publication error with CSV FILE

Hi, once my price list has been published, an error always appears in the report saying "not listed - - Failed to search for the product. Add parameters: [EAN (GTIN)]".
I always enter the EAN of the product under the "Product ID (EAN/UPC/ISBN/ISSN/Allegro Product ID)" column.
Why does this error come up even though the field is populated correctly?

By price list do you mean listing offers from a file? If the answer is yes, then we would need this file to check it.
