How long does it take to get a response when contacting customer service through the Help Center?

We've had cases where we've waited 7 days without a response and now we've had cases where we've waited 5 days without a response.

May I ask other sellers, have you encountered similar situations? How long does it usually take to receive a response? 

Is this normal?

@GretchenStudio Reports are dealt with in the order in which they are received. Response time may be extended in case of a large number of notifications. Please provide the number of an example case in which you are waiting a long time for a response.
