Rgarding to coins campaign

Dear Teacher,

Hope you are well!

I received several emails regarding to the coins campaign bonus( see bellow first picture). Base on the meaning of the email, I have 100 coins to use although I haven't received enough ratings. However, when I go to the coins section to activate the coin package, there is no responding to the activation(see bellow second picture). Do you know why I was informed by the emails to be qualify to use the coins but I could not activate the coins package?

@KEENPICE I have an additional question for you. What exactly happens when you click on the "activate package" button?

Thank you very much for your quick reply!

When I click the "activate package" button, there is no any responding. It always stays at the same page as bellow picture no matter how much times I click the button.
