I believe the parcel is still inside the Allegro One Box. I tried to collect the parcel at the wrong locker machine, so the box did not open. The system marked the parcel as collected, but I never received it. When I went to the correct green Allegro One Box, there was no option to open it again. Please ask Allegro One to check locker logs and remotely reopen the locker or send a technician.
