We are a new foreign seller, and we found that at the bottom of every product page, there is a safety warning for buyers. How do foreign sellers view this safety tip? Do you have the same feeling as us that it is not safe to buy from foreign sellers? But here's the funny thing that seller's information is fully public in the same spot.

We have recently received several promotional and suspected scam emails, and we are not sure where the other party obtained the contact information.

There is no such thing as seller protection. You need to take care of your own security and verify incoming messages. Sellers' data must be publicly available, so scammers have an easier task in this case.
