Dear All,
A few weeks ago I ordered a couple of plastic vases from domotechnika and one of them was broken when I opened the package.
I immediately wrote them a email and sent them pictures asking for a replacement for the broken one, but they only sent me the bill once again.
What should I do? Instead of a refund I would really need that extra vase, but I don't want to order another one and pay for it..
My order number was 13089349999594, if anybody could help me I would really appreciate it!
