Issue with allegro one delivery

i have a problem with parcel pick up

CARRIER AND TRACKING NUMBER

Allegro

A0003JF8U7

when i enter the phone number and the code i get an error

 

but the phone number and the code are correct, the pickup location is correct

Its the allegro pickup point in auchan, isnt it? Photo attached below

@Client:108507002 no, it's not. This is an Inpost machine and Allegro One Point is in Auchan (store). Please go to the customer service point and ask there.

Hi, have tried to find the Allegro One point but all staff shows InPost machine, can you please explain in more details where can I find it?
