One Box on Komandosow 1 didn't open after entering phone number and pickup code

Hello,
Can you help me please. I couldn't pick up my parcel from One Box Komandosow 1.
When I enter the code I heard a signal but the box didn't open, doesn't matter how harder I tried to push it but didn't work.
I tried once again to enter the phone number and pickup code and got error message ( I attached photo below).
Can you tell me please what should I do now? How I should get the parcel.
