Parcel is not delivered

I still have not received my parcel but parcel status is saying "In delivery" for 4 days. When I check the status https://allegro.pl/allegrodelivery/sledzenie-paczki?numer=A0011JHP22 it says "The parcel is awaiting pick-up" but Allegro app says it's not delivered and I have not received any codes or SMS or emails with number.

What should I do?

I called One box tech support and they unlocked locker with my package remotely and now I have it. Issue resolved
