Hello. On 31- December my order was arrived in the locker. And when i go and try to open its not opening. 3 times i tries.
And one person came and told me i am standing in a wrong machine. Same Allegro machine next to the machine 10 meters away. That machine 3 times opened and this person is closed.
And i don't know when i go the right machine and try to open there is not showing the openjng option. I thing i accidentally mark the option as parcel collected. But i didn't collect it. I mailed and informed several itmes to everyone not getting proper solution. I need its back. Today almost 2 days over. The product us casio G-Shock watch

I believe the parcel is still inside the Allegro One Box.
I tried to collect the parcel at the wrong locker machine, so the box did not open.
The system marked the parcel as collected, but I never received it.
When I went to the correct green Allegro One Box, there was no option to open it again.
Please ask Allegro One to check locker logs and remotely reopen the locker or send a technician.
