I purchased a product six months ago, which broke down within the warranty period. Allegro, as the seller, acknowledged the issue and offered a refund within 3–7 days, which I accepted.
This happened more than three weeks ago, and to this day they still haven’t transferred the refund, despite several rounds of correspondence.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Based on the above, I do not recommend buying from this company to anyone. The company is unreliable and does not keep its own written promises.

Despite multiple rounds of email correspondence and repeated assurances from your representatives, no action has been taken to date. Your company has failed to fulfill its contractual obligation and has not refunded the agreed and formally promised amount. These repeated assurances, without any actual performance, constitute misleading conduct and an unacceptable breach of your stated commitments.
In my opinion, no company should treat its customers in this manner in 2025. As a result, I will no longer remain a customer of your company, and I reserve the right to share an accurate, fact-based account of my experience with others, including on public forums, as such conduct does not inspire customer trust.
