Are the 'condition of product: NEW' really brand new?

I recently purchased a Lenovo P11 tablet with stylus. It was a brand new product and I checked the state before purchasing, it stated 'NEW'. But I could not find any user manual, warranty card or a replacement sample of the stylus tip, all of which are available with a newly bought tablet as shown in YouTube unboxing videos.

Would really like to know the comments from the seller regarding this.
