Delayed parcel

On the 1st of October, I placed an order on allegro which was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of October. On the 3rd the status was still "arriving on the 3rd" and did not change till later in the night to "arriving after the 3rd", according to the parcel history it was dispatched from the sorting center and after that I did not receive any more updates will the 4th where I was informed that the parcel has been accepted at the branch. Since I have not received any more updates and I need the product for this Monday 6th October.

I contacted the seller on two separate occasion but have since receive only messages from bots stating "Dziękujemy za kontakt. Odpowiemy najszybciej jak to będzie możliwe."

If possible I wish to be able to know when the package is gonna reach?
