 hi, I was order from your shop for 4 pack of rice but I just got 1 pack. I don't know where is my rest of 3 pack of rice i want refund my money back thank you.

we are sorry to hear that and in such cases we always recommend to open up a Discussion on our website, in which you can directly talk and resolve the situation with the seller. To do so you can navigate yourself to allegro.cz/moje-allegro/nakupy/historie-nakupu and there click on Nahlásit problém po nákupu. In Discussion you can also call for help of our Allegro support 🙂

In this case, I will open the discussion on your behalf - you will get a notification about it to your e-mail address. Important - i see you made the purchase as a Guest and also created an account after that. To be able to get to the Discussion through the e-mail link, you first have to log out off your new account.
