help allegro - product doesn't match the order

I by something but I receive the wrong one and  missing part  now I have to pay the return cost .this is not serious. 😤

The seller must provide you with a return shipping label; alternatively, if it is more convenient logistically, you can agree to dispatch the parcel yourself, and the seller will reimburse all your costs (including the return shipping costs).
