Hi friends I just need your help, I have just paid for an item now but it's a bit small when I I was browsing it was only appearing as the bigger one but now after paying then it appears the bigger one I was really looking for, so is it possible to cancel the order and start again?, how do I get the money back If I buy another item, how do I get refunded?, thank you in advance.

Hi, @Client:122768740. If the order status has not changed (the seller has not added a shipment), you can cancel the purchase. Here you will find instructions.
When you cancel a purchase that you have already paid for, the seller should refund the cost of the order to the payment card or account used to pay for the purchase within 2 business days. 

In the meantime, you can place an order with another offer.
