we purchased a replacement microsoft surface keyboard - but it was not the correct size (by a long way!) We retruned the item and the seller claims it was damaged - at first in post but when pushed for photograph of the box he switched stroy to damaged by forcing the pinsto connect on teh wrong model - this is impossible because the pins dont even line up close enough to try to force them. The seller has a damaged unit in his stock of 300+ and is trying to make us suffer the loss .
We cannot even leave any rating or comment on teh product - it is blocked. Has anyone experienced this type of behaviour and how do we get Allegro to help and support us in this matter.
