I bought a device with 24 months warranty and it started to malfunction. How do I claim the warranty
@Client:49070202 if the item you received has a defect and it becomes apparent within 2 years of its receipt, you have the right to request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract - unless the seller immediately and without undue inconvenience replaces the defective item with a defect-free item or the defect will be removed (this limitation does not apply if the goods have already been replaced or repaired).
