@Client:49070202 if the item you received has a defect and it becomes apparent within 2 years of its receipt, you have the right to request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract - unless the seller immediately and without undue inconvenience replaces the defective item with a defect-free item or the defect will be removed (this limitation does not apply if the goods have already been replaced or repaired). The best way to do this is to contact with the seller. You can do it here by clicking "ask about purchase". The Seller have to reply within 24h.
