It is not possible to purchase on Allegro without using an account.
Unfortunately, it was a SCAM. You probably found an ad on another website and then got a 'link to Allegro' - it was fake and led to a website imitating Allegro.

You can report to the police, but unfortunately getting your money back will be virtually impossible.
