KSEF invoices

Hello! Please advise if all Polish sellers at the moment send invoices through KSEF. I plan to purchase goods for a Polish company, and it would be difficult to always cross-check the KSEF invoices agains all invoices in the personal account. If all of them are issued in KSEF, it will make life easier.

If not, can you send me a sample seller invoice that is sent in .pdf so that I could see how to collect the invoice data and automatically input it in my accounting tool instead of doing that manually.

Od 1 stycznia 2027 roku KSeF stanie się w pełni obowiązkowy dla wszystkich podatników VAT, w tym mikroprzedsiębiorców.

@siriusglobal Hi! Currently, not all sellers are required to issue invoices via KSEF. Invoices issued to individuals who do not conduct business activity are exempt (but this probably doesn’t apply to you, since, as I understand it, you want to receive an invoice for your company).

KSEF also does not apply to small businesses (with monthly revenue under 10,000) or international transactions. In all other cases, the seller is required to issue an invoice via KSEF.
