Mybenefits vaucher is not working in "your discounts" section

I bought a vaucher from Mybenefits and the code contains 13 digits and the website doesn't accept it, what should I do ?

and yes, my purchase is within the supermarket category which should work

I see the coupon but then the popup screen is getting frozen and the ADD button is grayed out, the X to close the popup screen is not working.

Thank you for your help, I don't know why it didn't work, I copied/paste, I tried typing but in vain.

then I decided to download the Allegro app, and the code worked there, looks like a technical issue in the website.
