Shiping to Germny. Paying by PayPal

I need a book shipped to Germany, also, I do not have and accounts with Polish payment system, I can onl use PayPal.

The seller refers me to the site, but I am unable to find any info there..

Can anyone guide me through, please?

Two questions:

Is shipment to Germany possible?

Can I pay by PayPal?

@Client:109530210 the answer is yes and yes, but if the seller doesn't have the EPR (Extended producer responsibility) number added to an account, the delivery won't be possible.
