Why i have no received any email confirming my order despite being charged?

I have placed an order today December 17th, 2025. Despite being charged right at the moment of purchase I have not received a single email from Allegro about my order. As I bought as a "guest" i cannot even track the order because I have no info or whatsoever just the charge on my card .

@Client:141325261 There's no way to make a purchase as a guest on Allegro.pl.

I don't see any purchases on the account you're posting from.

Someone i chatted with informed me about my orders. I made an account just after i had placed the order. It is definitely posible to place an order as a "guest" that's how I did it hence you cannot find my orders under this account. By the way my order was divided in 3 packages and ive just received 1 of them so it was legit. 

You guys should definitely look into the "guest" orders because that's how I did it, you're the second person is telling me that which is not the case. Something is not adding up.

Seemes strange. perhaps you have two accounts...?
You cannot buy on allegro or allegrolokalne as a guest, it is always a scam. But you have receved part of the shipment. Do you know the packagae number?
