Inquiry about Dropshipping and API Integration

Hello Allegro Support,

I am building an online store targeting customers in Belgium, and I would like to display Allegro products directly on my website. My goal is that customers purchase from my store, and the order is then automatically placed on Allegro and shipped directly to the customer.

I have already reviewed the Allegro API documentation, but it seems that the current API is mainly designed for sellers (listing and managing offers) and not for placing buyer orders automatically.

Could you please confirm if there is any official solution or API that allows:

1. Forwarding customer orders from my store to Allegro automatically.

2. Using Allegro as a dropshipping source (shipping directly to end customers in Belgium).

1. This is not possible. Orders can only be placed on the Allegro platform.
2. We offer a One Fulfillment service, but we do not currently ship to Belgium.
