CSV cannot be uploaded

Someone told me that I uploaded the CSV, but they went back to the re-upload interface after going around and the file was not uploaded. How can I solve it?

You can find the files you uploaded here. If you have trouble loading the file, try to do it from a different browser. If that doesn't help, please send some screenshots. 🙂
