Delivery time

I don't understand why my delivery time changed from 4 days to 12 days. I've never sent a package with such a long delivery time before. How can I set the delivery time to arrive before Christmas? Thank you.

The extended estimated delivery time that we display in your offer(s) may be due to a number of factors. For example:

- shipping declarations longer than 1 day,

- delivery methods with a transit time longer than 1 day,

- shipping delays in recent days,

- changes we have made to the estimated delivery time in connection with the pre-holiday period, which we describe in this article. 

According to the information contained in the article, we will display information about pre-holiday delivery for the longest period (until December 23):

- in offers with immediate and one-day shipping, and,

- with the same-day shipping time displayed for carriers from the Allegro Delivery program.

For other offers and delivery methods, we will display pre-holiday delivery information for a shorter period of time, which may result in your offers currently displaying post-holiday delivery information.
