Generate a list and send it by e-mail - User rights

[BMSC24]

Hello, 

 I would like to inquire whether it is possible to "Generate a list and send it by e-mail" (finance) from an account other than the main account (info@bmsc24.de).

I have created another user (Accounting department =Buchhaltung) and granted all permissions. The accounting department should be able to request the report from their account. Unfortunately, it is not working at the moment.

Is this a technical issue, or what can I do?
