go to the Allegro website,
click translate the site into English
and ask the seller a question if you
want to ask him something

Can't still find an option to have everything in English from the settings.

This option is not in Allegro, it is an option of your Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser to translate entire pages into English after opening the menu with the right mouse button
