The customer reported that this order can be viewed in the backend, but cannot be downloaded through the order query API.The issue log has been included in the initial comment.

@jackyun Please clarify what exactly is wrong. Who is trying to download the data, you as the seller or the customer? Where is the data coming from and what kind of data is being downloaded? I need more information.

I am an ERP service provider, and my client (seller) wishes to retrieve order information for the order with the order number 248154f1-17d3-11f1-b448-2dbdd8c059c1 using the order retrieval API (/order/checkout-forms) provided by the Allegro platform. The order data comes from the Allegro platform.
The current issue is that my client (the seller) has reported that he can view the information for order 248154f1-17d3-11f1-b448-2dbdd8c059c1 in the seller's backend on the Allegro platform. However, he is unable to retrieve this order information through the order API (/order/checkout-forms) provided by the Allegro platform.

目前问题是在（UTC/GMT+08:00）2026-03-05 17:00:21请求Allegro平台提供的订单检索API（/order/checkout-forms）获取订单248154f1-17d3-11f1-b448-2dbdd8c059c1失败。但是客户在Allegro平台后台可以看到订单248154f1-17d3-11f1-b448-2dbdd8c059c1。

@jackyun We've checked it, and everything looks fine on our end. We've successfully attempted to download this order through an app called "jackyun Rockbrossport." The request was made on 2026-03-13 at 09:16:59.553 and has completed successfully.
