Question regarding account blockage

Hello, i have recently taken over most of the duties regarding allegro on this account and have been trying to relist some items that have expired. Upon doing so a prompt pops up saying our "account is blocked" and i "cannot create new product proposals". What do you suggest, is there anything we need to do to have our account unblocked?
