Hello,
We trying activate our account from a Wise bank account without success.
The bank account it's in our name and we sent the transfer confirmation document to the customer service who said the comment field not exactly filled up with the right text (the colon character was missing, due Wise doesn't support special character on the transfer comment).
Furthermore Wise doesn't provide IBAN account number for PL, so we can't use the "Bank Document" verification method.
So how can we activate our account?
