The verification of our company details is rejected by the payment operator

Hello

We have recieved a mail from Allegro telling us that the verification of our company details is rejected by the payment operator, but no reason given.

We are a French Company and we have provided all the requested docuement, the process of verification lasted for 2 months with rejection and re-providing elements, 

Can someone tell us the reason of the rejection and what document that we provided is incorrect and advice us what to do next please ?
