Delivery charge

I paid for Smart yesterday evening and then bought something immediately after. I've just realised that I was charged for delivery, which I don't think I should have been. Can you please refund the delivery amount? Kind regards, Scott

@scottconnect I'm back with updates on this matter. The fact that free shipping wasn't applied to this order after purchasing Smart! was due to technical issues. You were already on the delivery and payment form, purchased Smart! on a different browser page, and then returned to the delivery and payment form. It didn't update, so Smart! wasn't applied to this order.
As compensation, we've credited your account with 20 coins. You can use them on future purchases on Allegro, and now, shipping will be free on every Smart! order you meet the conditions for.
