Hello,
We recently have observed that few buyers purchases additional products just to save delivery charges as per SMART delivery option and later they return the additional product. This ends up, us issuing refunds and instead of generating any profit we end up in loss. I am seeking some advice on how to deal in such situations as the numbers are increasing every week? Is it possible to refuse the refund and request buyer to send all products and not only the part of the purchase? Is there any rights for sellers related to such cases?
