hallo, how can I refund the buyer when the product can not be shipped? (defect when I wanted to send)?

Hi @Client:110502100! To refund the money to the buyer:

1. Open the Zamówienia od kupujących (Orders from buyers) tab, in the Moje Allegro Lokalnie dashboard.
2. Click [zwróć pieniądze] (issue a refud) below a given transaction.
3. We will redirect you to the return form. Provide the reason for the refund. There, we display products from a given transaction along with the total price the buyer paid you: for the products and shipping. In the summary, you will also see the commission fee amount, for which you will get a refund to your account.
4. Make sure all the details are correct and click [zwróć pieniądze] (issue a refund).
5. We will ask you to confirm your choice in a pop-up window. If you confirm it, you will not be able to undo it.
