It already is possible to ship to Latvia, you have to contact the sellers, because not everyone adds it to their shipping methods - mostly, because of the prices.

@Client:83278021, most of the sellers don't send abroad, you can get that by coming these 50km to grab the pack and go back 😄 for example to visit Poland 😛
