Czy ktoś chciałby prostego narzędzia do faktur B2B z Allegro do KSeF ?

Robię proste narzędzie dla sprzedawców Allegro, którzy muszą ogarniać faktury B2B pod KSeF od kwietnia 2026 – i chcę się upewnić, że rozwiązuję realny problem, a nie wymyślony.

Zanim pójdę dalej, mam do Was kilka pytań:

1. Ile macie zamówień B2B na Allegro miesięcznie? (orientacyjnie – 10, 50, 200+?)

2. Jak teraz wystawiacie faktury do tych zamówień? (ręcznie w programie, integracja z Fakturownia/iFirma/wFirma, coś innego?)

3. Co Wam w tym najbardziej przeszkadza? (czas, błędy, brak integracji z Allegro, coś innego?)

4. Czy czujecie się gotowi na KSeF od kwietnia – czy to jeszcze "jakoś to będzie"?

Nie sprzedaję tu nic – naprawdę zbieram feedback, żeby wiedzieć czy to ma sens robić. Jeśli macie 2 minuty, wrzućcie odpowiedzi w komentarzu albo napiszcie na priv. Każda odpowiedź bardzo pomaga.

@SzybkiKupPL każdy kto sprzedaje i ma potrzebę ma już narzędzie do wystawiania faktur, które automatycznie idą do Ksef a po co pobierać z ksef i wysyłać do allegro, skoro wszystkie są w Ksef i tak sprzedawcy muszą się tam logować i pobierać inne 😉 po za tym takie programu już wysyłają faktury z numerem Ksef do zamówień allegro 🙂

Ja wystawiam kilka w miesiącu B2B i wysyłam do Ksef i nie mam zamiaru nic więcej robić, jedynie wrzucam w początkowej fazie kartki z info że faktura jest dostępna w Ksef 😄

Hej, jasne – przy kilku fakturach miesięcznie to nie boli. Ja też pewnie bym tego nie ruszał.

Ale rozmawiałem z ludźmi którzy mają 100+ zamówień B2B i każde ręcznie klepią w programie – i to już jest inna historia. Stąd te pytania.

Jeśli ktoś tutaj ma taką skalę – ciekaw jestem jak to ogarniasz na co dzień?

I sell on marketplaces as well, and I think the idea actually makes sense. The main issue for many small and mid sellers is not generating invoices themselves, but keeping everything synchronized between the marketplace, the accounting tool, and now KSeF. Even if someone already uses software like an invoicing platform, B2B orders from marketplaces sometimes still require manual checking or corrections.

For me the biggest pain point is time and mistakes when copying data from orders to invoices. If a tool could automatically detect B2B orders from Allegro, prepare the invoice correctly and push it to KSeF without extra steps, that would definitely save time. I suspect many sellers are still in the “we’ll deal with it later” stage regarding KSeF.
