Is allegro helpline useful at all, i never got helped ?

I have been using Allegro for almost five years. I have only ever had problems with the help line and the functionality of the website.
They have been unable to solve even the simplest of problems.
For example, to this day, I am still unable to write a message directly from my order to the customer.
When I go to the message centre and try to write a new message, it never works.
I always have an error saying that the order or recipient is not found.

The staff are nice and Allegro is a good platform, but the functionality, such as sending messages, is poor.

it is not good to write the customers always via Whtsapp.
