Hello,
I bought a xbox controller Elite core from CZC when it was in sales. The controller didn't work properly and I have return it. Now they say that they cannot change it as they no longer sell those microsoft products.
1- I have no proof that they send the original controller to Microsoft services (also it looked already like refurbished when they sold it to me), I asked and they refuse to send me a proof.
2- They have the controller in stock (in different color) which i say i am fine with but they still refuse to send the controller and propose only the reimbursement in order to make me pay more for the new order
I am waiting for Allegro support on that to make sure CZC .CZ respect my customers rights. Can someone help here?

1 - This is up to the seller itself how they proceed with the claim solution. If the product was beyond repair, its acceptable for them to reimburse you in cash.
2 - In this particular case, the refund has already been issued on seller's side. Also, and maybe more imporantly, system-wise its usually impossible to send a different product within a claim for a another item (even if it is only a different color).
I recommend accepting the refund and then making a new order for new controler in different color. If there is a difference in price, we are positive that the seller will find a solution for that.
