We are currently facing a problem. For the products that are normally listed and shipped, everything is normal at the Polish site. However, at the Czech site, customers often need to go to the pickup point in person to pay taxes after receiving the products, and the taxes are quite high. In view of this, we dare not open other sites except the Polish site. So, how can we solve this problem?
Hi, @BoutiqueMall. Do you mean that buyers in the Czech often do not receive parcels with payment on delivery? Do you want to eliminate the problem of unclaimed parcels?
Unfortunately, we do not have a solution for this and we have no influence on customers' purchasing decisions.
Can you be more specific about which taxes you are referring to? Please give examples.
