Package waiting in Warehouse

I am awaiting a package sent to an Allegro One Box with status "The courier has transferred the parcel to the warehouse" since last Friday 17/05

Tracking number: A000NHZZK4

Could you investigate why this is taking longer than expected?

@Angelika_angel equal to the Inpost website? this will never happen, look how many threads on Gadane are similar to yours, 80% of my parcels are handled by Inpost, practically nothing happens except for single marginal cases.
