Pick up package without czech contact number

Hello, I want to pick up a package at an Allegro One Box (number CZ002BBM) but I can’t because I have a french contact number and they ask me a czech contact number. I also haven’t received any QR code but I have the code to pick up. What Can I do ?

I don’t find the section to open the box remotly. What's more, I can't see the removal code in the application. I only received it by e-mail.
