Allegro deducting fees from the balance

Please let me know, based on the Allegro Regulations, whether your auction portal has the right to make cash compensations by deducting the amounts due for the invoices it has issued.

If your portal has such a right, please kindly provide me with a specific point in the Allegro Regulations.

@Panator 1. they deducted it from...?  2. Are you sure they have deducted the fees ? 3. Might it be the amount charged by POK ( Buyer Protection Programme)?

@Panator Hello. If you are a seller from outside the European Economic Area, Allegro will automatically charge you commissions and fees for using Allegro.
