Witam wszystkich, szukam laptopa do kupienia, ale chcę go kupić na raty. Widziałem, że niektóre konta mają taką opcję. Nie mogłem znaleźć jak to zrobić. Czy ktoś może mi pomóc?

Pomyliłeś installment z installation (przez dwa L). Jemu chodziło o rozłożenie zakupu na raty, a nie o instalkę Windowsa.
