The service is available only to individuals with a Polish ID card and a PESEL number.
I have been an Allegro customer for many years and have used Allergro Pay occacionaly but as I am not a Polish citizen I cannot now finalise your request to complete the application.
I am UK National but I live in Poland and now have a Polish pension, but whilst I have formal approval to live in Poland plus I have a Polish driving licence and Bank accounts none of my cards, passport or documents are sufficient to meet your needs.

I have a PESEL number, a Polish Registration Card, a ZUS Emerytura Carf and a Polish Bank account so this does not make sense
