Cancelling the order

Hello! Pls advise if it is still possible to cancel the order if it is made from a business account? What are the options if the orders needs to be cancelled?

@Client:139034601 It depends on whether it was a purchase with an invoice or not. If it was a private purchase from a company account, you have the option to withdraw from the purchase. If it was a purchase for the company (products related to the company's activities), this option is not available.
