@Client:100087480 Hi. Of course - you can return the purchased item for free. In this tab, select the purchase you want to return. In the purchase details, click "Return purchase". The manual in English can be found here.
The blank page looks like an error. Try to make a return from a different browser, clear cookies or try to return the purchase in incognito mode. If the problem persists after these steps, attach screenshots here.
